Shipment & returns


Our warehouse is located Wemeldinge (Zeeland Netherlands).

Deliveries within the Benelux we can handle with our own transport. Our location provides good and fast connections for these deliveries.

Deliveries to other countries will be deliverd by certified external transport / delivery companies.

All our products are shipped in box. The chairs and desks have a clear assembly guide included.


All our prices mentioned on our website are including 21 % tax.

Delivery costs 

Deliveries of orders will be charged with delivery costs which will be visible in the order process. These costs may differ per country and delivery location. 

Delivery time
Delivery within Benelux will mostly take place within 7 working days after payment and may differ per specified delivery address. Most of our products are in stock. When out of stock we will inform you about the expected delay and delivery time. 
For delivery to locations outside of the Benelux we will do our best to deliver withing 7 days. Depending on which country we need to ship to it may have effect on extending the delivery time. We always inform you about this.

Reflection time and return rules
Not content with your purchase? You can report this to us within 14 days. Depending on the reason we deliver a new product to replace the earlier received one or we provide you with the possibility to return the product within 14 days after purchase date. Products to return must be complete and in original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).
Always check immediately upon receipt of the item whether it has been delivered to you undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately to report this to us.
With the application of the right of withdrawal, your payment obligation does not expire. If a credit has arisen as a result of the return processing in our administration and you have paid for the order we will refund this.

Some items cannot be returned because the products have been adjusted to your specifications. Sale, B-stock and other discounted items cannot be returned.

Free returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product which has to be in the same state in which you received it.  If so you will be credited the full order amount. If product quality has been altered by your use it is possible we will refund less then paid. The costs for returning from your home to our warehouse in the Netherlands are for your own account. If you prefer to make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. For items with an order amount under € 100 including VAT that are returned, we charge € 15 processing costs.

Exchanging an item for the same item in a different size or color counts as a new order. You return your old order within the trial period and pass on your new order as usual. We therefore charge shipping costs for processing and delivering this order.
Should an item be exchanged due to an error on our part or a defect, then the costs are of course at our expense.

Return Tracking / Return Status
If it has been more than two weeks since you returned something and your return has still not been processed administratively, it is best to contact our customer service.
